Daniel Templeton began his first career as a Firefighter Paramedic, moving into rescue shortly thereafter. It was during this time that Dan began working with a number of EMS and rescue services in building their employee engagement and relations. Templeton realized that he truly enjoyed the process of gaining buy-in, building teams, and creating a trusting working environment.
After opening his own business as an advertising photographer specializing in food photography, Templeton continued to use these techniques and processes in building teams for both the studio and for various temporary projects that required additional resources.
After retiring from creating images professionally, Dan used his skills and processes that he had developed to assist a variety of private and government organizations in establishing their cultures, customer service protocols, and performance management systems. Dan takes pride in developing achievable goals for personnel, teams, and organizations in the creation or alteration of strategic planning.
